This place is located inside Saraga International grocery store, right across from the produce section. I ordered the spicy fish soup which came with a generous portion of perfectly cooked rice. The soup wasnt too spicy. Nowhere close to even a serrano level but just enough to give it a kick. Its loaded with veggies that werent overcooked.
