Hopefully it will be of use to some people in the future. I must begin by saying that i do believe that kratom can be used responsibly and to some can be very beneficial. However I am someone who abused it.But the great thing about quitting cold turkey is that, although the acute symptoms can be rough, they are also generally over fairly quickly. Most people feel vastly better, at least physically, by days 4 or 5. The best way to deal with the intense symptoms of acute withdrawals is to accept them.
