Recently purchased one of the new Colt King Cobra DAO revolvers. Beautiful gun - very well made and finished. BIG problem though (at least for me). I'm not sure whether it's on account of the width, angled edges, lack of curvature or a combination but after 30-40 pulls of the trigger in double action mode my finger is killing me!The frames are different (the 2020 Python is a larger frame and the 2019 King Cobra Target is the same frame as the old Colt Diamondback 38 Spl.), grip (which I actually prefer the wood KC target), and the vents cut in the rib of the Python. King cobra now that they make the python in a 3 inch is fairly similar, however I would say the KC is more of a carry gun, python is more of a range gun. It has better sights then the KC, and more then likely a solid frame. Both great guns, but for me if I chose a python I'd get the 4.25 inch barrel instead of the 3 inch
