Is onstar worth it

OnStar is a service that provides no value to me -- regardless of price. Seeing the pricing of the different packages was eye-opening in that I don't feel what the service provides is worth the price at all. For what GM charges for OnStar, I felt the price is straight-up price gouging, IMHO.
