For those years, I think the GT4 is worth the extra money for the flat six. Other than that, the GTS is my pick, especially for 65k less. Buy the GTS and use the saved money to buy a tune, downpipe, and put a supercharger in it. They make a kit that turns the engine into a 4.5 L forget the name of it.
