Chang's would do GREAT in Houston,TX! It has a good truck feel in terms of hustle in the kitchen but really great flavored food like from a fancy Hibachi grill. I would definitely come back when in San Angelo! I hope they are going to expand to several different locations. This food is too good not to share it in other parts of town.
