Bf4 game

Just recently picked up BF4 again after a few years away. My first issue was when I load in, the game and music stutter until I get to the home screen. Once I find a server and load in the music will start stuttering and skipping again and the screens transitions are sketchy. Once I finally load in the match runs smoothly above 100fps at 1440.
