Could be any day now! It can be weeks, I went three weeks 3cm with one of my singletons. I was checked at 36 weeks and was dilated at 3 cm. Started to have strong like periods cramps 2 days later, and when went in to LD to get checked, I dilated from 3.5 cm to 5 cm within hours. So they ended up keeping me at LD.
